Universal Children’s Day

Join us this evening as we honor and celebrate our children and children all around the world as we acknowledge the rights, and lack thereof, of children everywhere.

Your children have spent the past month speaking about the rights of children, what rights all children should have and what is important to them. They have expressed their thoughts and ideas in variety of languages, using various medium. This afternoon, we will organize your children's work in a gallery walk outside both of our buildings, in addition to tea light candles, each one representing a child here at Scandi School.

Honoring the rights of our children is part of the fiber of our being here at Scandi School, and not something that is left to just a few weeks each fall; but we love this opportunity to share with you in this very special way each year, and for your children to participate in this very important and ever ongoing dialogue.

We hope to see you this afternoon!
